I received my digital picture frame as a gift for work. It started off good.. I uploaded some pics and still had plenty of room to add more later. I go to add more 8 months later and it won't let me add them. I signed out of the app and tried uploading the pics by wifi and tethering and it fails. The app says they are sent, but the digital pic frame doesn't show them. I am disappointed in this product.

The frame was great - got it all set up - tons of photos in there...and now no one can access the frame or the photos anymore because the app has a major flaw! If you forget your password, you are out forever. The developers messed up and missed a step. When you click "forgot password" you need to enter your email address AND the verification code... in order to get the verification code...Um, how can I enter the verification code that I haven't received yet?! VERY DISAPPOINTED

Enter the email you previously bound, and then click the "triangle symbol" on the right side of the email to obtain the verification code. After you fill in the verification code and submit it successfully, you can log in with the new password you just entered. If your problem cannot be solved, please contact our staff. I spent $130 on this picture frame for Christmas and i can't even activate it. I'm confused at the email portion, and there are no clear instructions on what I'm supposed to do? I just wanted to be able to add photos via the app, I'm not interested in emailing photos to it, why can't I just skip this? Keep getting device not found, if I try to send a photo as a guest I get the device not activated message. Returning this garbage to Amazon. It's a scam.
